fix: add missing http-user-agent directive for 101tv Antequera

The CDN (liveingesta318.cdnmedia.tv) blocks VLC and ffmpeg User-Agents
regardless of country. Added #EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent alongside the
existing referrer so VLC overrides its own blocked UA with a Chrome UA.
