Add: 7TV.es streams for 6 existing Andalusian feeds

Browse Source 
7TV.es has 9 feeds in the database but none have a stream entry in
es.m3u. Adding 6 feeds that map directly to TDTChannels HLS sources
(Apache-2.0): Andalucía, Córdoba, Jaén, Jerez, Málaga and Sevilla.
