d7094f423a Removed dead links 
All links were tested in two different time periods (in case the channel is not broadcast 24 hours a day).

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.

0324661f10 Updated int.m3u 
Removed Broken Links, Added Missing Languages, fixed incorrect languages.
A lot of those vietnamese channels are online only channels - my guess is that they should be moved to vn.m3u but I wanted to do this first.
