a76cfe1fa7 VE : Add a few channels 
- Use linkastream for 2 channels (one had a certain issue with the livestream)
- Add alternative links for TeleSUR
- Opencaster links could be added if the company behind VLC adds an "origin" option method.

https://edge1o.live.opencaster.com/caster/erCkqDzdGzpj.m3u8 works if origin is set to https://www.opencaster.com

39a012b356 Edit My Domain 
In recent weeks I have been getting a lot of traffic to my redirect url. With this I am changing to Netlify and Cloudflare for a good distribution and lower latency times. If you cannot access my domain it could be your DNS server. Also this domain will have higher uptime as I am not selfhosting it anymore.
