Added Channel Once it's the local signal inside Mexico, also i renamed the other two streams to Internacional, because those have a slightly different programming

c743ec55bb Removed dead links 
All links were tested in two different time periods (in case the channel is not broadcast 24 hours a day).

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.
