1. Add 2 new Taiwanese Channels

a) 原住民族電視 (TV channel for Taiwanese aborigines)
b) 空中英語教室 (English Language Learning Channel for Taiwanese Kids)

2. Remove the non working channels of NYX Media 1, NYX Media 2

Add ABC channels for Australia

a) ABC
b) ABC Comedy
c) ABC  ME
d) ABC Kids

(Note: 

1. ABC Comedy/ABC Kids shares the same channel bandwidth and the same epg/id. ABC Kids broadcast from 5am to 7pm Australia time while ABC Comedy broadcast from 7pm to 2am Australia Time.

2. Might be geolocked to Australia but I have no problem accessing the channel outside Australia.
