d55deaef91 Update ru.m3u 
Added an extra HD stream for VIVA Russia. This one doesn't have issues with quality and bitrate, but can be turned off at any time

c743ec55bb Removed dead links 
All links were tested in two different time periods (in case the channel is not broadcast 24 hours a day).

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.
