dbb9cfc08f Clean AE.m3u 
- Deleted duplicates
- Prefer the use of playlists instead of chunklists, this will permit low-bandwidth users to get their stream correctly
- Modified Toheed TV stream link (Towheed TV on Google and their website)

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.
