RickandGitHub 937978540e Added xmltv_id values where missing to tvgids.nl 
This commit ONLY adds some missing `xmltv_id`'s and changed some feeds.

In my opinion there should also be a check on channel names, `side_id`'s and channel presence for `tvgids.nl`. Since some channels have either be renamed or closed. I might do this sync at a later time.
