Javier ArnáezandClaude Sonnet 4.6 acec54ed89 Add: 7TV.es streams for 6 existing Andalusian feeds 
7TV.es has 9 feeds in the database but none have a stream entry in
es.m3u. Adding 6 feeds that map directly to TDTChannels HLS sources
(Apache-2.0): Andalucía, Córdoba, Jaén, Jerez, Málaga and Sevilla.

Javier ArnáezandClaude Sonnet 4.6 6d792f51c0 fix: add missing http-user-agent directive for 101tv Antequera 
The CDN (liveingesta318.cdnmedia.tv) blocks VLC and ffmpeg User-Agents
regardless of country. Added #EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent alongside the
existing referrer so VLC overrides its own blocked UA with a Chrome UA.
